Practice Emphasis

Mr. Siciliano concentrates his practice in defending and advising municipalities, as well as municipal planning and zoning boards. He has served as the Solicitor of the Borough of Audubon, the Borough of Magnolia, the Borough of Haddon Heights, the Delran Township Planning Board, the Pemberton Township Planning Board, and the Voorhees Township Zoning Board of Adjustment, as well as the Conflict Solicitor of Township of Winslow Zoning Board of Adjustment. He has served as a Municipal Public Defender for Edgewater Park Township and the Township of Winslow, and has been the Municipal Prosecutor for the Borough of Mt. Ephraim. He has also served as a Guardianship Monitor for the Office of the Surrogate – Camden County.

Mr. Siciliano serves the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a member of the District IV Ethics Committee and is the Vice-Chair of the Camden County Board of Ethics. He is an appointed defense attorney with the Camden County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund (JIF), Special Conflicts and Labor Counsel for the Office of Camden County Counsel.

An active citizen of Camden County and Haddonfield, New Jersey, Mr. Siciliano is often seen in the community through his membership on the Board of Trustees of the Genesis Counseling Center, Inc., the Board of Trustees of the Rotary Club of Haddonfield, the Board of Trustees of Camden County Bar Association and the Camden County Democratic Committee.

Biography

A decorated military veteran, Mr. Siciliano began his military career in the U.S. Army as an ROTC cadet at Drexel University, graduating the U.S. Army Airborne School at Ft. Benning and serving the Ranger Company as a First Sergeant. He later began his legal profession by earning a presidential commission as a member of the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps. Highlights of his military career included serving the United States Department of Justice as a Special Assistant United States Attorney and appointment by the U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Korea as a representative of the United States of America to attend trials in the Courts of the Republic of Korea. He has tried over 60 cases to verdict and was honorably separated from the United States Air Force with having achieved the rank of Captain.
