Serving our nation as a member of the United States Military is an honor. However, the potential for issues that require legal counsel can arise. Our firm member, Mr. Siciliano, served our nation as a member of the Department of Defense, United States Air Force. Under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, he was a duly designated Judge Advocate and earned a Certificate of Competency as Trial and Defense Counsel. Mr. Siciliano is fully acquainted with the rules for Courts-Martial in the United States Military, as well as the military rules of evidence. As a member of the 27th Fighter Wing, 8th Air Force, Air Combat Command, he served as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate and a Special Assistant United States Attorney. In this capacity, he prosecuted military and civilian members for felonies and misdemeanors which occurred both on and off the military installation. As a member of the storied 8th Fighter Wing, 7th Air Force, Pacific Air Command, he served as the Chief of Military Justice. In that capacity, he tried and supervised assistant staff judge advocates and increased the trials by Courts-Martial fourfold over that of his predecessor. As the Area Defense Counsel for Air Force Legal Services Agency, Mr. Siciliano represented and was Chief Criminal Defense Counsel for 24,000 United States Air Force Personnel stationed in the National Capitol Region. Finally, as a member of the Air Force Legal Services Agency, Mr. Siciliano served as Circuit Defense Counsel for the Eastern Judicial Circuit of the United States Air Force and served as Criminal Defense Counsel for the Eastern one-third of the United States.

Our office has experience with all military trials by Courts-Martial to include summary, special and general Courts-Martial under the Uniform Code of Military Justice,10 U.S.C. § 101, et seq. Article 15, Non-Judicial Punishment or Captain’s Mast ; Administrative Separation Proceedings for both officer and enlisted; parole revocation hearings and physician’s medical credential hearings.
